inspiremusic is a company dedicated to delivering first class musical instrument tuition to schools in Dubai.  We don’t offer music lessons at a centre or academy, preferring to focus our attention on supplying specialist instrument teachers to school music departments.  Our passion is making music with young people and to that end we make sure that our staff are highly trained and well motivated professionals who demonstrate a warm rapport with children.

inspiremusic offers first class instrumental music lessons to private schools in Dubai.  We supply specialist teachers to work within the school premises during the school day.  We will not be offering lessons at a centre or academy.

Lessons are of 30 minutes in duration, once per week, for 30 weeks a year ( 3 terms of 10 weeks ) for pupils in Year 2 upwards.  Lessons will take place on the school premises during the school day.  A timetable rota will be created in tandem with the teacher in charge of music at the school to ensure that pupils do not miss the same class lesson twice in one term.

The instrument lessons currently offered are:

Pop Rock Guitar

Classical Guitar

Other practical matters would be discussed with the teacher in charge of music at school:

Policy on make up classes ( Primary pupils only unless 24 hours’ notice given )

Practice diaries to be filled in by instrument teachers

Keeping of attendance register by instrument teachers

School staff to collect Primary pupils from class ( i.e. auxialiary staff or teachers’ assistants )

End of term reports

Teachers will be available to participate in a showcase assembly at the beginning of Term 1 to recruit new students and on sign up day at the beginning of each term to further promote their lessons.  Our teachers would also be happy to participate in two end of term concerts each year.

Particular emphasis would be laid upon parents involving themselves in home practice wherever possible.

Guidance would be given to parents on strategies to make practice part of the weekly routine.

Music teachers would be encouraged to record short pieces during the lessons, on a mobile device or laptop, which would be sent to parents by the teachers themselves or through Inspire Music Fine Arts Training.  This has proved to be a wonderful way to engage parents and keep them up to date on progress and gives children a reason to practise and perfect their pieces.

Our teachers are experienced in preparing student for ABRSM examinations.
